The desktop app won't start

Hello guys!
I’ve installed ApiDog desktop but it’s stuck on the home screen, statically as shown in the screenshot, the upgrade and refresh page buttons work, the rest don’t

I restarted the computer;
I checked the internet, all the other features that involve wifi work;

What operating system are you using and what is the version number

Please export the error logs so that we can pinpoint the issue. This includes crash.log and all.log.

Windows path: C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\apidog\logs\

Also what version of your desktop app are you using? Could you try logging out of your account and logging back in?

We are using Electron the same as VSCode. I found similar issues in the log files comparing to VSCode community VS code for Mac open as blank page · Issue #198491 · microsoft/vscode · GitHub

Could you try to turn off your proxy or any other VPN software before restarting it.
