currently using free version with 4 users but planning to upgrade to 10+ more, the problem we are having is it takes a long time for updates from 1 user to be seen by another user, is there a settings we should know about?
Hello, thanks for feedback. After one user edits something, how long does it take for others to receive the update? Seconds or minutes?
Also, where do you currently live? We may have to test the access speed in different regions.
Thank you for your response, The team is currently located in the Philippines, and it took about 10 to 15 minutes for an update to be seen by another user two days ago, when we tested today, the changes are almost instant. it must have been connection speed on our part.
