Hello there,
I just wanted to ask if I need to create a new account for Apidog Europe or if I can use the global one. I couldn’t get this information from the documentation.

Also just to make sure. My Teams and Projects needs to be create again, right?

Yes, accounts in Europe edition are separated from Apidog global. You need to export your project in Apidog global and then import them in to Apidog Europe.

Hi, thanks for the quick response. Do I need to register via a verification code? or can it be done in another way without a google/github account? I’m having trouble with getting a code

You can register by email or google/github. Didn’t your inbox receive a code?

Can you provide us with your email provider? Or can you just provide the email suffix?

You can also try to check the spam folder in your email because some email providers have too restrictive spam keyword detection.
