Still Getting Charged

I cancelled my API dog account back in April, and I am still being charged! I’ve asked my bank to stop the charges and refund me, but they are saying they can’t and you need to do it.

When I login with my email it says I don’t have a subscription, so I can’t even cancel it from my account!

Please can somebody stop my card from being charged!

OK we’ll check it. Because the subscription is for teams, so deleting your account won’t cancel the subscription.

If you were charged inappropriately, you’ll surely get refunded.
