Hi,
In my quick share doc, is there a way for the person using the doc to setup once the same bearer token for each routes ? I saw that there’s a personnal variables pop up when clicking on a {{value}} in the Auth section when using the try it out function but maybe there’s a better way do it. Btw, is there a way to access this personnal variables pop up other than what i said ? Thanks !
Thanks for your feedback! We’re planning to optimize this feature next month.
ok so you start working on it or it will be available next month ?
Yes, if everything goes well.
ok perfect thank you !
Hi, i’ve seen the new update yesterday, is this optimization in it ?
The optimization you mentioned is not included in yesterday’s update.
okay thank you
Hi, i just saw the documentation (How to Share Headers (e.g., Token) in Apidog Online Docs? - Apidog Docs) regarding this optimization. I noticed that the routes inherits the variables défined in the Header section. But i think this doesn’t work with the Auth section. In our projects, we are using this Auth section. Can you confirm that this is wanted and that the variables in the Auth section in the desktop app will not be appearing in the online documentation?
Furthermore, what is the purpose of using this Auth section instead of adding the bearer token in the Header section ?
According to the OpenAPI specification, users can create a security scheme and then assign it to several endpoints. The security scheme is approximately equivalent to Apidog’s Auth, not Header.
Okay very nice. Indeed, it should be what i need. Do you have any informations regarding the release date for this feature ?
okay perfect ! Have fun with the testing !
