Occasional lockup

I use an older Mac Air for working on documentaiton when I’m on the road (it’s a lot easier to carry around than my big macbook pro). Since I installed the desktop version of Apidog my mac locks up for a few seconds randomly. I found when I kill the ApidogAppAgent the problem goes away… so… two questions:

Is there a way to disable the ApidogAppAgent without doing a kill -9 {pid}?

What the heck is it actually doing?

This process is designed to automatically wake up the apidog scene. For instance, when you open a link shared by someone else in your browser, like an API online document sharing address or an interface collaboration link, this process ensures that the Apidog client is activated and navigates to the intended destination.
You can disable startup on macOS by this way: Go to “System Preferences” → “Security & Privacy” → “Automation,” uncheck ApidogAppAgent
