Favicon is not getting set in the tab

I am using google chrome and the favicon that i set in the docs settings is not consistently showing in the tabs.

Hi, the favicon appears to be displaying correctly on my end. Could you please share the document URL and steps to reproduce the issue so we can investigate further?

Hi, the favicon on your site appears normal from my end. Have you tried checking with a different network to see if the issue persists? Also, could you open Chrome DevTools (F12) and check if there are any error messages in the Console?

I refreshed it but the favicon blips for a short period of time then goes off

I checked with my colleagues. For some of them its not coming

i disabled cache and refreshed its still not coming for me. Also some error messages seems to appear
