Hi team, is that possible to include this feature on apidog? By copy the endpoint and paste it same/other folder or different module.
Hello SnorSnor, we’ve noted this feature request and will evaluate it with our product team.
Currently, we support copying the endpoint directly and then moving it manually. Please check if this can meet your needs.
Problem 1: i have a long list of API endpoint but there is no auto scroll
Problem 2: i can’t move the endpoint between folder/module
Question: method i found, yes can just copy as curl → go to different module/folder → import curl → save as endpoint… but why can’t just be an command + c & command + v
Goal: i’m planning migrating my whole postman to apidog but i have too many project & api endpoint, plus it also a time to clean up…
To move an endpoint to another location, you can use the “Move to” function instead of manual dragging. Currently, you can move endpoints within the same module, but cross-module movement isn’t supported as it typically involves different base URLs and components.
If you have any additional thoughts or use cases about moving endpoints across modules, feel free to share them. Our team will consider it.
understandable, but still i just wish to have an easy “copy & paste” function just like postman.
that the only issue i had before start migrating whole postman to apidog
Understood. We’ll consider simplifying the copy & paste workflow. However, direct cross-module endpoint copying in Apidog may still be tricky due to component dependencies (unlike Postman’s request-only structure). We’ll investigate solutions for this.
