Empty folders after syncing OpenAPI again

We synced first time all the endpoints using OpenAPI spec. Then, moved some endpoints to nested folders. Luckily, merging enables us to keep items in the folders we added.

But when syncing again, the Apidog creates empty folders from sync. How can we make it so it won’t create these empty folders? We can’t just keep on deleting them every time we sync our service endpoints to Apidog.
