Docs Redirect Rules Not Working on Live Documentation Site

Our documentation site is live, and we have recently updated several URL slugs as part of restructuring the docs. Since some of the older URLs were already shared with customers, we are trying to configure Docs redirect rules so that the old URLs properly redirect to the new ones.

However, after setting up the redirect rules, the old URLs are not redirecting to the updated URLs as expected. Instead, when accessing the old URLs, we consistently receive a 404 – Page Not Found error.

We had previously configured redirect rules on the same documentation site, and those redirects worked correctly. The earlier redirect rules are still functioning as expected. The issue appears only with the newly added redirect rules, which do not work despite being configured in the same way.

Your guidance on resolving this would be greatly appreciated, as this directly impacts customer access to our documentation.
