Can't add new users to organization (Professional Plan)

Hi,

I’m writing t you because we have a professional subscription, but I’m trying to add another user, and no matter what I do, I receive the message that the seats are full, and that our organization in in the free tier and has more than the 4 seats free occupied. And it does not make any kind of sense. Could you help me see what is happening?

I’ve tried to use invite links in the Team, and in the organization, or email ones, to no avail.

Hi, I’ve written an email, it worked for one user but now we are again in the same situation. I need a solution to this, it is very frustrating not being able to add more users when you are paying for each of them. Thank you.
