API Documentation Issue When Using Subdirectory and Reverse Proxy

We are currently exploring to use API Dog for our API testing & documentation, but we have one issue right now.

We use a custom domain feature to show the API Documentation in our website subdirectory using the reverse proxy (NGINX).

domain/docs/api

The problem is, it is not stable, sometimes it works, sometimes it does not.

When it does not work, it shows “this documentation does not exist or has been deleted” screen.

I am not sure what is wrong here, any possibilities to check?

Hello, could you please provide the address of your document? It would help us to locate the issue. Also, could you let us know how frequently this access issue occurs?

The issue has been addressed in our latest release, which went live last night. Could you please check again and let me know if you’re still experiencing problems?
