Anchors on published docs don't work

For example:

https://placewise.eu.apidog.com/doc-340134#article_container

Neither entering URL nor clicking on MD links within same page (see screenshot) does not scroll the view to the anchor.

Only “system-generated” ones (from ToC menu, for example) do that.

Tested on Brave and Edge.
