Our Apidog site lost all settings, CNAME and went down

Our Apidog instance had been working well for several months, but over the weekend, all of our configuration settings were unexpectedly reset to default. This includes the navigation layout, subdomain/CNAME, dark/light mode, theme colors, and other meta settings.

The content and APIs themselves appear unaffected, but the reset effectively took our documentation offline. We’ve updated to the new CNAME, but the docs are now live with the detault settings and no navigation due to the lost configuration.

Could you help us restore the instance to its previous state as of April 30?

Hi no, last update was around 30th April, it worked fine when we last looked at it. Sometime between then and now it got reset.

We’ve checked and found that the original documentation in your project was deleted on May 2, which caused the documentation to go offline.
