No organization privilege error while upload report in cli

Hello,
I got the error

errorMessage: 'No organization privilege',```
while upload the test report to cloud.
The access token is authorized with the SSO as the screenshot below
I can access & execute the test in project. What is missing in the project configuration ?

hello, i’m team admin for the project, the token is authorized for the organization. The cli version i used is 1.5.16
