Hi Tsiry Sandratraina , the screenshot you have provided indicates a different domain (rocksky.apidog.io) and the setting seems okay, can you access the share doc site? and also make sure the share doc site you mentioned earlier(https://748598.apidog.io/) has the same settings.
actually the doc site is accessible through https://rocksky.apidog.io,
but when I try to bind a custom domain (doc.rocksky.app, cname or reverse proxy) the doc site always redirect to the “this documentation does not exist or has been deleted”
748598 is the doc site ID of the project, i tried to use it in cname / reverse proxy settings but nothing works
Tsiry Sandratraina Could you take a screenshot of how the CNAME is configured? as it’s often set up incorrectly, so this will help us verify the settings.
