Issue in Viewing Failed APIs in Scheduled Test Reports

Hey Team,

I hope you are doing well. I would like to report an issue I am facing with the scheduled API flow runs in Apidog.

I have configured my API flows to run on a schedule, and the test reports are generated successfully after execution. However, when I try to open any specific folder (for example, Projects Test Flows) within the generated report to identify which APIs have failed and the corresponding error reasons, I receive an error message in the top right corner stating that the test report may cause data abnormalities and suggesting that I rerun the test scenario. I reran the test scenario multiple times but getting this same issue on scheduled runs.

Due to this issue, I am unable to inspect the failed APIs or analyze the root cause of failures. This makes it difficult to debug and resolve problems effectively after scheduled executions.

I have attached a screenshot for your reference. Kindly review the issue and let me know:

  • Why this error is occurring when accessing folder-level test results.
  • The recommended solution so that I can view failure logs.

I would appreciate your guidance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Hello, could you please try updating the Runner to the latest version? You can check here: General Runner - Apidog Docs. If the issue persists, on Windows press Alt+7+8, or on Mac press Option+Cmd+I to open the console and check for any error messages.
